The state's own fee for a driving record, which I pass through at cost with no markup. Most states charge between a few dollars and about thirty. It shows on your statement as the state's charge, nothing added.
You can do this yourself, and there is software for about $5 a driver a month that will store what you upload. Neither does the work. The $39 is for the work.
